STORE DETECTIVE / LPO
This post should be undertaken by those currently working in a similar role, or working as a uniformed guard in a retail environment and looking to progress.
We are looking to employ those who can manage themselves and create their own workload. Applicants should be alert, quick thinking, and should be used to apprehending shoplifters and dealing with potentially dangerous or violent people and situations. The roll also includes conducting internal investigations, collating evidence, and surveillance. You will also be responsible for training our clients staff on issues relating to security and health and safety. Observation skills should be good, concentration levels high, and applicants should already hold an SIA licence.

UNIFORMED GUARDS / SECURITY OFFICERS
A security related background is helpful, but not essential for this role, as full training is provided.
Candidates should be confident, well presented individuals, with good communication skills. Applicants should have plenty of common sense, a long concentration span and be able to deal with situations of a violent or confrontational nature. Applicants must already hold an SIA licence.
